SkiTAM 2010 Event Sponsorship Opportunities
These sponsorship opportunities receive additional promotion through all SkiTAM official print and Web site materials. All of these opportunities are awarded on a "first-come, first-serve basis."
| Chuck and Trygve's Excellent Adventure
(Tubing at Adventure Ridge)- $4,000 Adventure Ridge on Vail Mountain offers a great option for skiers and non-skiers alike, especially for the young and young-at-heart. Located at the top of the gondola at Eagle’s Nest, the tubing hill is reserved on Saturday from 2–3pm. Decorate the registration table or have one of your company’s personalities meet and greet attendees at the top of the hill. SOLD- Sprint Après Ski Reception Specialty Bar- $3,000 In the foyer of the Silent Auction, we’ll set up a specialty bar sponsored by your company. Margaritas? Martinis? Daiquiris? SkiTAM handles the arrangements and you can decorate the bar area to maximize your exposure. SOLD- Harmonic Inc. SkiTAM Youth Race (In Honor of John Davis)- $3,000 The SkiTAM Youth Race is named in honor (and in memoriam) of John Davis from Universal Remote Control. This race was the brainchild of John’s son, Harrison, who wanted a race where the kids could have as much fun as the adults. This sponsorship also receives their company name on the kids race bibs and awards. SOLD- Humax USA, Inc. Kids Film Fest- $1,000 event fee + expenses SkiTAM kids enjoy Friday night at the movies while their parents are on the town. Movies, kid-friendly food and chaperones give the kids something fun to do on Friday night. SkiTAM will work with you to create this event.SOLD- Hallmark/iN DEMAND Networks Snowboard Champs- $1,000 Your company’s name will be honored when the awards for the fastest snowboarders are announced. Your company name will also be upon the winners’ trophies. SOLD- Deloitte SkiTAM On The Town- $2,000 event fee + expenses SkiTAM will work with you to create a special party on Friday night at the Evergreen Lodge. Sponsor pays for all expenses plus event fee. SOLD- Wilen Media SkiTAM After Hours Party- $2,000 event fee + expenses On Saturday night, we booked the Sand Bar in West Vail for the party after the Banquet. You can create your own party or let our Social Committee build one for you. Sponsor pays for all expenses plus event fee. SOLD- Motorola & Ericsson Television Friday Coffee and a "Schmear"- $4,000 Before the guests hit the slopes on Friday morning, they can stop by for a quick food hit. We will serve coffee, tea, bagels and appropriate toppings. Decorate the room or have something going on in the room to promote your company. SOLD- Leapfrog Online SkiTAM Massage Lounge- $2,500 Your company will be associated with feeling good when you sponsor the SkiTAM Massage Lounge. Neck and shoulder massages in the ballroom foyer on Thursday during the Open Reception and on the morning of Race Day at Golden Peak. SOLD- CSG Systems Sponsor Gifts- $5,000 or $10,000 Your company name or logo on the SkiTAM sponsor gifts? Yes, it's true. We've added this highly visible sponsorship. Choose between the basic sponsor gifts, the Gold/Platinum gifts or choose both! Basic sponsor gifts go to approximately 500 people and the cost is $5,000. Gold/Platinum gifts go to approximately 275 people and the cost is $10,000. | Youth Race Photography- $4,000
SkiTAM will have professional sports photographers taking pictures at the youth race. The photos will be available for purchase through a sophisticated and branded website. Your company will have the opportunity to be the official sponsor of that website along with the hyperlinks from the SkiTAM website to the photo website with your company branding. SOLD- Halogen Gift Bags- $1,000 Everyone who walks out of the registration area will broadcast your company name. SkiTAM will produce high quality plastic bags with your company name on them. One color logo imprint included. Additional colors will be quoted. You may also supply other bags at your own expense. SOLD- Capgemini Race Day Water- $1,000 If we have a balmy spring day or a powder day, race day is a thirsty day. Up to 500 custom bottles of water included in cost with one color imprint. Additional colors will incur additional charges. SOLD- Clearleap Credential Holders & Lanyards- $2,000 When you purchase this sponsorship, everyone becomes a walking advertisement for your company. Credential holders and lanyards are produced with a one-color logo imprint. Multiple color imprints available for an additional charge. SOLD- MRV SkiTAM HQ Refreshments- $1,200 per session Your company’s name will show up at SkiTAM HQ when it adorns the snack area. Choose from morning or afternoon sessions on Thursday or Friday for $1,200 per session or get all four sessions for $4,000. SOLD- The Erotic Networks Hotel Room Key Envelopes- $1,500 Your company’s name will be in everyone’s hands along with their room keys. This sponsorship covers envelopes for the room key cards at the Cascade with your company’s promotional information. This price includes all costs except graphic design needed for pre-press production. SOLD- Tech Mahindra Event Pocket Guide- $1,500 Event mini-guide that fits in the credential lanyard or pocket will guide SkiTAM guests to each event and give your company additional exposure. Price includes design, pre-press production and printing costs. SOLD- Ubee Interactive Ski Wax Sponsorship- $2,500 SkiTAM guests will receive a free ski or snowboard wax from Charter Sports. The gift card, distributed in the registration packets, will identify your company as the event sponsor. Event Shuttles- $2,000 Shuttles run between the Vail Cascade and various points. Your company’s sponsorship will promote your brand with great exposure on these shuttles: Friday to the On The Town party and late night in Vail; and Saturday to the After Hours party. SOLD- Tech Mahindra Restaurant Guide- $500 To help SkiTAM guests find their way in the Vail restaurant scene, we provide a Vail Dining Guide in the registration area. Get this sponsorship and we will add your company name to those guides. SOLD- Cognizant Farewell Breakfast- $3,800 One last chance to network before you take off for your flight. CTAM of the Rocky Mountains is a section 501(C)(6) association and the FEIN is 54-1655732. Contributions or gifts to CTAM of the Rocky Mountains are not deductible as charitable contributions for Federal income tax purposes. Please consult your tax advisor.
