News Release: SkiTAM Giving Thanks for 2008 Sponsor Commitments
CTAM of the Rockies Event Benefits US Disabled Ski Team
Denver, CO -- (November 20, 2007) With nearly 90 percent of their sponsorships sold, the organizers of SkiTAM are giving thanks for the 50 companies that have already signed up as sponsors for the 13th Annual SkiTAM as they celebrate Thanksgiving this week. Also counting those blessings are the members of the U.S. Disabled Ski Team (USDST), which funds over half of its operating budget from this signature fundraising event hosted by CTAM of the Rocky Mountains.“Thanks to SkiTAM, our coaches and athletes can focus on representing the U.S. in top-ranked paralympic events across the globe,” said Sandy Metzger, USDST Program Director. “We always look forward to finishing up the season at SkiTAM, where our athletes have the opportunity to personally meet and thank our cable industry sponsors for their support.”
The 13th Annual SkiTAM will be held April 3-6, 2008 in Vail, Colorado and there are few sponsor packages and event sponsorships still available. SkiTAM brings together more than 1,000 communications executives and their families, as well as the members of the USDST.
